Accessibility statement
Accessibility is a build requirement at Tulyan Digital, not an afterthought. We design and engineer every interface — our own and our clients' — to be usable by the widest possible range of people, including those who rely on assistive technology.
The standard we hold
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the products we ship. Meeting this standard also satisfies the accessibility requirements of Section 508 (US federal), EN 301 549 (European public sector), and the ADA Title II web rule for state and local government.
What that means in practice
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every control.
- Semantic structure and landmarks that assistive technology can navigate.
- Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA for text and interface elements.
- Motion that respects the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and captions where needed.
This website
This site is built to the same standard. Decorative and 3D elements are supplied as progressive enhancements: they never carry information on their own, they honour reduced-motion preferences, and the page is complete without them.
